Man sues over accident at work that caused shoulder injuries

news image A man is taking legal action after being involved in an accident at work.

In December 2007, Hair Sandhu was performing his role as an employee of British Airways (BA) when he dislocated his shoulder, the Ashley Ainsworth reports.

A trailer had been left in the wrong place and needed to be moved.

Along with a colleague, Mr Sandhu went to push it to the right area.

However, while they were doing this, he slipped on a substance on the ground and fell.

As a result of the damage he suffered to his shoulder, he claims to still experience acute pain and struggles to perform everyday tasks such as driving.

In addition, he may need to have an operation to fit a shoulder replacement.

Mr Sandhu wants compensation for the pain and loss of earnings from BA, which has been in the media recently as a result of its disputes with unions.
