Compensation of up to £100,000 is being claimed by a British man who was left seriously injured after a motorcycle accident in Germany.
According to the Bolton News, Steven Brewer sustained a fractured vertebrae and a broken wrist when he was involved in a car crash accident in Cochem in July 2009 and has since been unable to return to his job as a fishmonger.
The 49-year-old's writ served to the High Court in London notes that he suffers from headaches and pain in his back, shoulders and ankles, which means he cannot carry out everyday tasks such as gardening and window cleaning.
In addition, Mr Brewer is now too anxious to ride a motorcycle after battling with post-traumatic stress disorder for around six months after the accident.
Consequently, he has decided to claim compensation against the insurance company of the Swedish driver that caused the car accident on the grounds of physical and mental injuries and loss of earnings.
