Whiplash sustained during an accident in a public place could lead to a man launching a compensation claim.
According to the Norfolk Eastern Daily Press, the unnamed man was hurt when the portable toilet cubicle he was in at the Hunstanton Lifestyles festival over the Diamond Jubilee weekend was pushed over.
This assault, which was apparently committed by a fellow festival-goer, left the man trapped inside the portaloo and caused him to suffer whiplash and shoulder pain from the impact of his landing.
The incident took place in the early hours of Saturday June 2nd at the Recreation Ground on King's Lynn Road in Hunstanton and police are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Should anyone provide information about the alleged assault, the victim could decide to launch a claim for damages via a legal case against the perpetrator on the grounds of his pain and suffering.
